1. About CueLoom
CueLoom is an offline Android event run-of-show and stage cue management application. It helps users create events, schedule and reorder cues, maintain preflight checklists, operate live/rehearsal timers, review run histories, manage templates, and export or back up records locally.
2. Information entered and stored
You may enter event names and venues, dates, timing details, stage instructions, crew names or roles, cue records, checklist items, templates, and rehearsal/live-run results. This information is stored in the app's local Room database and related Android local preferences on your device.
3. Accounts, network, analytics and advertising
CueLoom does not require login or an account for its normal operation. The supplied offline build does not request the Android INTERNET permission and does not integrate an app-operated cloud backend, advertising SDK, or analytics SDK. The app does not automatically upload your event records to us.
4. Files, exports and backup
If you choose to export a PDF/CSV or create a local backup, you select a destination using Android's document interface. Files you export may contain the records you entered, including crew names. Backups and exports are not automatically encrypted. If you save or share them using another provider, that provider's terms and privacy practices apply.
5. Support contact
The Contact Support function can open an installed email app with our support address. You decide whether to compose/send a message. Any information you send by email is then handled by the selected email service; CueLoom does not send support messages silently.
6. Permissions
The app's ordinary operations do not need location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, broad file-system access, or payment permissions. Android document-pickers provide user-directed access to export/import locations.
7. Data retention and deletion
Local records stay on your device until you delete them using app functionality, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the application. Exported files stored outside the app are not removed automatically when you delete local app data or uninstall.
8. Security
Android's app sandbox helps isolate app-private records. The app does not promise that files copied outside its private storage remain protected. Avoid including unnecessarily sensitive information in event notes and store backups securely.
9. Children's privacy
CueLoom is a general event-management utility and is not specifically directed at children. It is not designed to solicit children's personal information.
10. International use
GRMA SERVICES LTD is listed as the UK publisher contact. Locally stored information is not sent to the publisher merely because you use the app in another country.
11. Changes to this policy
If the application's data practices change in a future release, the policy and its effective date should be updated. This document describes the present supplied source implementation; all external services or SDKs added later must be disclosed accurately.
